Cut Cost

On my long journey back to my hometown,one subject get my attention is "fuel price increase". I wonder what it is going to be like when the price hike is unstoppable.How people will start absorb the situation especially to the traders and business people.To my senses every little things must to look into in our daily chores. Water, energy, meals, etc and what does it needs to take for business people to cut cost...
I list down some conclusion for you to consider.:
1.Carefully watch what you spend.
2.Be strict and discipline of what you spend.
3.For a producer or manufacturer review the processing cost from time to time.
4.Simplify the process of doing things as much it possible.
5.Eliminate unnecessary things like party,function.
6.Improve the productivity with implementing the new sytem, automation and technology.
7.Create the accountability in the organization.
8.Minimize the bureaucracy.
9.Maximize employees' skills. Multi tasking.
